Two restaurants in Arlington closed due to poor performance in health inspections
Two Arlington restaurants were temporarily shut down by the city after inspectors found serious health code violations during visits between July 10 and July 16, according to information from the city compiled by the Star-Telegram.
ShareTea at 3810 Cooper St. was closed on July 11 and reopened on July 13, while Pancho Tacos at 3209 E. Division St. was closed on July 13, according to the city. Another visit from the city in the next inspection period, on July 18, saw Pancho Tacos closed again.
A spokesperson for the city did not immediately respond to a request for information as to why those restaurants were closed.

Five restaurants, including Pancho Tacos, scored lower than 75 in their inspections. In Arlington, restaurants that score less than 75 on a 100-point scale are required to undergo followup inspections.

Two businesses, Perks Cafe at 1104 W. Interstate 20 and Sonesta Simply Suites Arlington at 2221 Brookhallow Plaza Drive, received perfect scores in their inspections.
