Here’s the top 10 Lexington restaurants for delivery, Yelp reviewers say

Delivery services can be indispensable for those in quarantine or who can otherwise not leave their homes, and many people enjoy ordering in on occasion simply to save time.

With that in mind, we’ve rounded up 10 Yelp picks for Lexington eateries offering delivery.

There are plenty of delivery options locally, including Asian cuisine, Mediterranean dishes, breakfast favorites and charcuterie plates.

Here’s the top 10 restaurants offering delivery services in Lexington, according to Yelp users.

10. Old San Juan Cuban & Latin Cuisine

This local Cuban restaurant serves fried plantains, empanadas and a Cubano sandwich. There’s an assortment of lunch and dinner combos, vegetarian options and tres leches.

Old San Juan is open from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and it’s closed Sunday and Monday, according to its website.

9. Nat’s

Check out Nat’s for Asian cuisine like grilled pork neck with noodles, pad Thai and yellow curry. Yelp reviewers described Nat’s as a “hole in the wall” takeout-only spot that you won’t want to miss.

This pizza joint has a pet-friendly patio and beer garden. According to its website, some of regulars’ favorites include Piper’s Dessert Pizza (with Nutella, fresh berries and powdered sugar) and the Vinnie, a pizza with smoked brisket, bacon, pepperoni and more.

4. Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen

At Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen, you can order a custom salad with your choice of lettuce, three toppings and a dressing or choose from a variety of preset recipes. The Bluegrass Blackberry has spring mix, red onion, feta, strawberries, apple chips and pecans.

The location at Sharkey Way is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, according to the restaurant’s website.

Wine + Market serves cheese and charcuterie plates to pair with house wine or bourbon. According to the business’ Facebook page, the cheese of the week starting July 18 is Moody Blue, which is semi-soft with smoky undertones.

A Wine + Market employee told the Herald-Leader by phone the store offers delivery of cheese and meat plates from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays.

According to Wine + Market’s website, the restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The store is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

2. Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine

The restaurant’s mission is to provide “second-chance employment,” specifically to individuals in the early stages of substance abuse recovery.
