Swifties are not loving this new wax statue of Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift fans in Hamburg, Germany, are blasting a new wax figure of the singer unveiled Aug. 13 at The Panoptikum, the country's largest and oldest wax museum.

The Swift figure wears a shimmery blue V-neck romper that mimics one the "Lover" singer wore to the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, On her feet are silver sequined knee-high boots.

The figure's long blond hair hangs straight with bangs framing her face. She holds her hands into in a heart-shaped gesture — though she uses only her thumb and index rather than all of her fingers, as Swift typically does.

After the museum debuted images of the wax Swift on Instagram, Swifties commented to voice their disapproval.

"Oh no. It can’t get any worse," one wrote, in German, in the comments of one of the museum's posts.

“What did they do to Taylor,” added another while someone else simply wrote, “Nooooo!!!!!!”

"What did they do to Taylor?" one Swiftie wondered after seeing the museum's Swift figure.

Some noted that Swift's hand gesture appeared to be inaccurate while others felt the figure's face didn't look like Swift's face.

"The face doesn’t fit at all.....unfortunately," one wrote while another added, "The figure looks completely different than the original Taylor Swift."

"Wow nothing is right here," wrote someone else, adding a sad emoji.

The new Swift wax figure joins other A-list celebrity wax works at the museum, including Queen Elizabeth II, Angelina Jolie and a 2023 figure of Ed Sheeran that also met with negative reviews. ("CHANGE HIM NOW" one fan demanded on Instagram.)

Meanwhile, the real Taylor Swift brought her record-breaking "Eras Tour" to Germany in July. The 14-time Grammy winner performed several dates in the country, including two dates in Hamburg.

"Hamburg!! I loved those crowds so so so much. AND we got a rain show night one, unlocking Fuzzy Hair Me for the evening," Swift wrote July 25 on Instagram.

"Been having a blast watching these new Eras crowd traditions unfold all throughout Europe… You guys are seriously so creative. See you 🔜 Munich!"
