See where Missouri, K-State and Kansas football rank in this week’s AP Top 25 Poll

Kansas, Kansas State and Missouri all earned spots in the second AP Top 25 college football poll released Tuesday following the Week 1 games.

MU led the trio with the highest ranking, coming in at No. 9. The Tigers defeated Murray State 51-0 in their Thursday opener.

The Kansas State Wildcats are ranked No. 17 in the poll. The Wildcats blew out UT Martin 41-6 on Saturday.

Finally, the Jayhawks were ranked No. 19. Kansas beat Lindenwood 48-3 on Thursday at Children’s Mercy Park. Kansas will travel to Champaign, Illinois, to face Illinois on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, Kansas State faces Tulane in New Orleans on Saturday at 11 a.m., and Missouri will host Buffalo on Saturday at 6 p.m.
