Pittsburgh Potty mobile toilet project is down the sink

PITTSBURGH ― The Pittsburgh Potty pilot project is down the sink.

City officials ended the planned six-month test project where two temporary public restroom trailers were opened in Downtown Pittsburgh.

Inreoduced last September, part of the hope was that the mobile restrooms would help curb public urination. The facilities were managed daily by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.

Officials now recommend people use a public restroom at the Smithfield-Liberty parking garage.
