Photos: When Simone Biles Posed For Sports Illustrated Swimsuit

Simone Biles is arguably the top athlete in Tokyo this summer.

The legendary United States gymnast, the greatest to ever do it in her sport, is seeking another gold medal at the Olympics this summer.

Biles, 24, already has four Olympic gold medals. She won the all-around gold medal as well as the team gold medal, to go with two more individual golds, at the 2016 Games in Rio. Biles also added a bronze medal in the balance beam.

This summer, Biles is once again the favorite to bring home the golds. The Summer Olympics are underway from Tokyo.

Earlier this week, the 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue was released. A couple of years back, Biles posed for the issue, along with fellow United States gymnastics star Aly Raisman.

Here’s a look back at when Biles posed for the issue.

“So happy to be a part of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. Where athletes bodies can be beautiful too. No matter what anyone tells you, have confidence in your own body,” Biles wrote back in 2017.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue has featured several notable athletes over the years, including Biles, Raisman, Danica Patrick, Paige Spiranac, Genie Bouchard and more.
