NBA photographer banned from bubble for calling Kamala Harris derogatory name in Facebook post

His bubble has burst.

The NBA kicked a freelance photographer out of its Disney World bubble and terminated his contract because he shared a sexist Facebook post about Kamala Harris, Houston NBC affiliate KRRC reported.

Bill Baptist, a veteran photographer who worked with the Houston Rockets, posted the meme on Tuesday and was quickly called out by WNBA legend Sheryl Swoopes on social media.

The image, styled like many Joe Biden campaign signs, read, “Joe and the H--,” with an offensive term for women.

“It’s amazing how people will smile in your face, but eventually their true colors will show,” Swoopes wrote on Facebook.

In a statement to KRPC, Baptist said that the post “does not reflect my personal views at all.”

“I sincerely apologize to all of those who have rightfully been offended,” Baptist said. “It was a horrible mistake on my part.”

Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, announced Tuesday that Harris would be his running mate. That same day, the Rockets lost 123-105 to the San Antonio Spurs.
