Michigan family sues Navy Pier after 8-year-old is seriously injured in fall from rock wall

The family alleges the boy scaled a climbing wall at Navy Pier while wearing a harness, then let go to rappel and plummeted to the ground because there was no safety rope. He broke his femur and pelvis and suffered a concussion after slamming onto the concrete.
