Lifers: Martha Blanding has made history working at Disneyland

Martha Blanding has been working at Disneyland in California for 47 years. At 20 years old, Martha was the resort's fourth ever African-American tour guide. Today, she is the senior manager of merchandise special events -- and has no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
