Lexington Burger Week is back with more restaurants, more burgers. Here’s the lineup

It’s that time of year again: Lexington Burger Week and this year’s week of $7 burgers runs from July 11-17.

For the seventh year, local restaurants around Lexington will be displaying their creativity by crafting specialty burgers.

“We are so excited to bring back Lexington Burger Week. These restaurants brought their creativity and uniqueness for every burger,” said Alexandra Martin, account executive for Smiley Pete, the organization that runs Burger Week. “Burger Week can be tough on restaurants so the fact that we have more unique burgers for patrons to try than in 2021 is a testament to the resilience and tenacity of our community.”

Customers can also download the Lexington Burger Week app on iTunes and Google Play. The app allows customers to keep track of the one-of-a-kind burgers they’ve tried and filter restaurants based on preference, such as carry-out or patio dining.

There are 36 total restaurants participating this year, serving up 40 burgers. Last year there were 30, dishing up 27 unique burgers.

Beer and bourbon pairings will also be available at select locations.
