Got a sweet tooth? A cookie chain with TikTok roots is opening soon in Pinecrest
Dessert lovers can rejoice in Pinecrest. A popular cookie chain — made famous on TikTok — opens this week in the well-to-do village.
Pinecrest Crumbl Cookies opens its doors on Friday, according to a news release by the franchise. Store owners Tanner and Karli Reaveley will open at 8743 SW 136th St. B in a retail strip across from The Falls shopping mall.
It is Crumbl Cookies’ third location in Miami-Dade County. Kendall landed the first location in 2017 at a retail strip at 13520 SW 120th St. Another store opened in Doral during the pandemic, following a national trend of chain store openings.
Crumbl Cookies has become one of the fastest-growing food chains in the country since 2020, according to Nation’s Restaurant News Top 500 report.
Expect to splurge for a box of cookies at Crumbl. Prices start at $18 for a box of four treats, and run up to $46 for a box of 12 cookies.
Pinecrest Crumbl Cookies did not respond to two emails sent to the owners’ representative for a comment about the new store.
Crumbl Cookies launched in 2017 by two baking-obsessed cousins from Utah. Made famous by TikTok, the chain is known for a weekly rotating menu of cookies. The menu offers six flavors each week from a total of 200 cold and warm cookies.
The store will give locals another dessert option in the residential Pinecrest community, an area known for large houses with million-dollar price tags.
