Death investigation underway after body pulled from Lake Michigan in Edgewater
CHICAGO - A body was pulled from Lake Michigan in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood Thursday morning.
At about 11:08 a.m., Chicago Fire Department (CFD) crews responded to the 5600 block of North Lake Shore Drive for a report of a person in the water.
Report of person in water lakefront and Ardmore. Crews report this will be a recovery. Victim obvious DOA. CPD will handle.

Upon arrival, crews found an unidentified man, approximately 30 to 40 years old, unresponsive in the water.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are conducting a death investigation.
