With the first six weeks of the NFL season in the books, Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd has revealed his updated Super Bowl bubble.

As of now, Cowherd believes there are only eight teams with a realistic chance of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. Those eight teams are the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There are some promising teams, such as the Los Angeles Chargers and Tennessee Titans, that didn’t crack the list. Perhaps they’ll play well enough down the stretch to change Cowherd’s mind.

For now, though, it’s hard to really dispute this list from Cowherd.

Arizona, Dallas, Green Bay, Los Angeles and Tampa Bay have been on another level this season compared to the rest of the NFC. All five of those teams know how to play complementary football.

As for the AFC, it’s pretty evident that Baltimore, Buffalo and Kansas City will go as far as their star quarterbacks take them.

Here’s the Super Bowl bubble from Cowherd:

Cowherd’s current Super Bowl bubble will most likely change by the time Thanksgiving comes around. Usually, that’s when the contenders separate themselves from the pretenders.
