UPDATE: Man shot, car crashes in Sierra Vista Mall incident. Clovis police seek 3 suspects

A man was shot and a car crashed in an incident Saturday night at the Sierra Vista Mall. Clovis Police said they’re looking for three suspects.

The shooting happened about 9:10 p.m. near the southeast area of the mall, in the parking area outside of the K1 Speed indoor kart racing business.

The crash followed, Clovis Police said.

The man who was shot was treated and released from a hospital, police said in a news release Sunday.

At the scene Saturday night, Sgt. Jesus Santillan said said there were multiple victims, though he did not state how they sustained injury. Police did not offer additional information about possible other victims in the Sunday update.

Detectives were called to the scene around 10:40 p.m. and were working to obtain video footage and speak to witnesses.

According to the Sunday update, the three suspects wore hoodies and masks and were at the mall before the shooting.
