Asking questions is what area kids think their toys would say to them if they could talk

The Kids Page is a compilation of responses written by kindergarten-eighth grade students from area schools. Students are asked a different question each month and answers are printed weekly.

My favorite toy is a cute stuffed snow leopard and it would say you're the best loving owner. Also it would be because I show my love and sleep with him. Why do I sleep with him because he is afraid of monsters at night. Also he would say can I see your phone because he loves my phone. He would say pay attention to all my stuffed friends and we can now talk to Garrett. That is what my toy would say to me.

My model cars are my favorite toy. My model cars are hot wheels and matchbox. I get very insecure about them. Some of them are old, some of them are new. If my model cars could talk to me it would say please don't let anyone touch me. What would your favorite toy say if it could talk to you?

My favorite toy is a teddy bear and if my teddy bear could talk it probably would say can you cuddle with me? He is black and grey also he is soft and fuzzy. If I squeeze him he would probably say I love you . Another thing he would probably say is did you have a good day today at school? My teddy bear also has green and blue eyes. My teddy bear is the best teddy bear in the whole world in my opinion.

My favorite toy is a stuffed animal brown horse named Maudie. She is super soft and super cuddly. If Maudie could talk she would say “ Mackenna you are the best horse owner in the horse world and human world.” I got Maudie when I raised enough girl scout cookies that I sold to get her as my prize. When I feel lonely I play with Maudie and she makes me feel better. Then Maudie would say “ Mackenna, can you play with me tomorrow?” Sure Maudie, I will play with you every day because you are the best horse ever. I can hear her in my head talking to me every day.
