Area kids would love to have the power of invisibility, spider powers and able to teleport

The Kids Page is a compilation of responses written by kindergarten to eighth-grade students from area schools. Students are asked a different question each month and answers are printed weekly.

If I could have a superpower, it would be invisibility. I would use that power to skip school and take candy. I would sneak out at night and play 2k22 when my mom tells me not to.

If I could have any superpower it would be lighting powers. I would use light to fix power outages and to recharge peoples’ devices if they ask me to. I could also power new buildings that just got built. I would let scientists study me so they can make new technology. I can help mechanics power old vehicles. I could help old people fix their cars. I can repower electric cars that run out of power. I can keep storms from destroying Ashland.

If I could have any superpower it would be teleportation. One reason is if we had a long trip I could just teleport. Also, I could teleport at the beginning of a ride at the fair. Second, I could teleport to the beach. That would be so fun! Last I could teleport to school. I would love to be able to teleport.

I would choose spider power. Because you can stick to things and catch bad guys easy and you can stick them to things. Then you could call the cops to arrest them. I would sneak up on them so they don’t know I’m coming.

If I had a super hero powers it would be to read mindes and lighting. Why? Because reading peoples minds would be cool and you can see what they are thinking - like pizza or ice cream. And if I had lighting power cause if a bad guy came after me then I could strike them with lighting. Those are power I would want.
