Dynamic Materials Keeps Dividend Steady
Explosion-welded metal clad plate maker Dynamic Materialsannounced today its second-quarter dividend of $0.04 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2009.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The specialty materials maker has made quarterly payouts to investors since at least 2005.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.16-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1% based on the closing price of Dynamic Materials' stock on June 17.
