Feb. 20

Riesbeck Food Market #18, 168 W. Main St., New Concord. Raw chicken stored above fish.

The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department, between Feb. 19 to 23.

Feb. 21

Continuing Healthcare Adams Lane, 1856 Adams Lane, Zanesville. A live roach was observed on the coffee machine. The coffee machine should not be used until it is completely broken down, cleaned, and sanitized.

Tat's Pizzeria South, 2440 Maysville Pike, Zanesville. Raw beef was stored above ready-to-eat foods.

Feb. 22

Riesbeck Food Markets Inc #14, 2200 June Parkway, Zanesville. Cabbage rolls, meatloaf, and stuffed peppers had a temperature of 45 F. The manager voluntarily discarded the food. The manager also stated he would call for maintenance on the cooler.
