Across the road on the northeast quadrant is a mixed-use development approved in 2022 for about 18 acres spearheaded by a group that announced plans to relocate Mid Tenn Powersports from Donelson. The plan also includes restaurants, a hotel and a commercial center with multiple potential spaces.

Road improvements are associated with the corridor's development.
