Netflix Top 10: ‘Baby Reindeer’ Leads TV Chart, ‘Rebel Moon — Part Two’ Debuts as Most-Watched Title

“Baby Reindeer” has emerged as a surprise hit for Netflix. After debuting as last week’s fourth most-watched English-language TV series, and the 11th-most watched series overall, it was the No. 1 TV series on the service from April 15-21, reaching 13.3 million views — impressive, especially for a title that premiered with a smaller scale marketing campaign than titles with similar viewership.

The most-watched title of the week overall was “Rebel Moon — Part Two: The Scargiver,” the follow-up to Zack Snyder’s 2023 film “Rebel Moon — Part One: A Child of Fire.” The movie hit 21.4 million views in its first three days of availability, putting it slightly behind “Part One,” which reached 23.9 million views in the same amount of time. The release of “Part Two” also gave a boost to “Part One,” which returned as the No. 5 English-language film with 5.5 million views. Also notable on the film chart was “Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp” and “What Jennifer Did,” which hit 18.8 million and 16.3 million views in their first full weeks of availability.

Following “Baby Reindeer” on the TV chart was “Unlocked: A Jail Experiment.” Taking No. 2 for the second week in a row, the docuseries reached 5 million views, up from 3.9 million the week before.

“3 Body Problem” had its fifth week on the chart. After three weeks at No. 1, it was the No. 3 series of the April 15-21 viewing window with 3.3 million views, tying with Cate Blanchett-narrated limited series “Our Living World,” which had been available for five days.

Season 2 of “Heartbreak High” was No. 5 in its first full week of availability, reaching 2.9 million views — a tie with “The Gentlemen,” which has been on the chart for seven weeks. The next tie was between “Bad Dinosaurs” in its fourth week and the debut of “Jimmy Carr: Natural Born Killer,” both with 2.3 million views.

Rounding out the bottom of the rankings, “The Circle” Season 6 debuted with 2 million views and “CoComelon Lane” returned to the chart after previously falling off, taking No. 10 with 1.5 million views.
