Wilmer Valderrama took a step back from filming NCIS to spend an evening at one of the biggest awards shows of the year.

The actor is gearing up for the season 21 premiere of the hit CBS drama on February 12, but he took time out of his busy schedule to attend the 2024 Golden Globes on January 7. While he didn't have any official duties to perform that night (unlike the day he announced the nominations for the event in December 2023), he used the opportunity to have a rare date night with his fiancée Amanda Pacheco, with whom he shares daughter Nakano Oceana.

For the glamorous parents' night out, Wilmer and Amanda stunned in matching black-and-white ensembles. For Wilmer's part, he looked debonair in a classic suit, with a white collared shirt and lapel that extended all the way down the front of the blazer. Amanda embraced a similar style, but instead opted for a backless black halter gown with a white collar sweeping the bodice of the garment. She styled her blonde hair in a loose bun and wore classic eye makeup with a neutral lipstick to complete the total vision.

When talking to Entertainment Tonight about what's to come for NCIS season 21, the That '70s Show alum revealed the latest installment will only have 10 episodes (compared to the show's usual 22 episodes) due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes over the summer. Nonetheless, fans are going to be shocked by what's to come.

"Because we're doing 10 and not your conventional 22, we've decided to have a little bit more fun with the new generation of streaming content and really have our show feel like something you have to watch all 10 together," he explained. "We're gonna try to make sure that every time an episode ends, you know, something in that episode is gonna carry over and we're gonna try because I think it's time for producers to evolve and the future of content and how it's being consumed... I'm really proud of what we're doing."
