The “Carushow” has come to an end. Alex Caruso is leaving Los Angeles for the Eastern Conference.

The free-agent guard signed a four-year, $37 million deal with the Chicago Bulls on Monday, per Adrian Wojnarowski. He’ll reunite with former Lakers teammate Lonzo Ball, who inked a massive four-year, $85 million deal with the Bulls just moments after free agency began on Monday.

This is a big loss for the Lakers. There’s no doubt they would have liked to re-sign the fifth-year guard, but their money wasn’t anywhere close to what Caruso was valued at. The Bulls pounced on the opportunity and got the job done Monday evening.

Caruso is the newest member of the Chicago Bulls.

It’s safe to say Lakers fans are massively upset over Alex Caruso’s decision. There’s no doubt he deserves the money, but Lakers fans are going to miss him.

Take a look at how NBA fans are reacting to the latest Caruso news.

LeBron James is going to miss Alex Caruso the most. Caruso’s style of play complimented James well. James always appreciated how hard Caruso played on a nightly basis, as well. The Lakers will miss him this upcoming season.

The Bulls, on the other hand, might be the winners of the day. They landed Lonzo Ball, who just so happens to be one of the most underrated players in the NBA. Now they’ve snagged Caruso from the free-agent market.

The Bulls could be a darkhorse contender within the Eastern Conference this upcoming season.
