Nashville Predators blow two-goal lead in loss against Calgary Flames

The Nashville Predators continued their season-long five-game road trip Tuesday against the Calgary Flames at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

The result was a 5-2 loss in a game the Predators once led 2-0.

They managed just 20 shots on goal and fell to 5-7-0.

The Predators were coming off a 5-2 victory Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers. Ryan O'Reilly recorded the team's first hat trick in that game, and added an assist. Filip Forsberg pitched in a goal and three assists.

The Predators finish the road trip at 7 p.m. Thursday against the Winnipeg Jets before heading home to Bridgestone Arenato play five straight there.

The Predators played their second straight game without defenseman Ryan McDonagh.
