Nashville area TSSAA basketball playoff top performers: Brentwood, Hillsboro boys advance

The Tennessee high school basketball playoffs have entered its third week. Here the top performers from the Nashville area.

Boys basketball

Cutter Sisk, Beech: Sisk led the Buccaneers with 18 points in a 41-25 win over Hendersonville.

Daniel Cochran, Brentwood: Cochran had 30 points to lead the Bruins past Columbia 58-38.

Davis Cochran, Brentwood: Cochran had 12 points.

Jacob Purifoy, Brentwood: Purifoy finished with 10 points.

Eli Pelham, CannonCounty: Pelham hit the game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer in a 58-55 win over Loretto in the Region 5-2A semifinals.

Lukas Phillips, Cannon County: Phillips finished with a team-high 19 points with six rebounds.

Antonio Jones, Cannon County: Jones had 15 points with seven rebounds.

Jamison Ford, Creek Wood: Ford scored 13 points as the Red Hawks beat Jackson South Side 56-35.

Greyson Walker, Creek Wood: Walker led Creek Wood with 21 points.

C.J. Goers, Eagleville: Goers hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 0.6 seconds left and finished with 13 points in a 51-48 win over Richland in the Region 5-1A semifinals.

Camden Cole, Eagleville: Cole added a team-high 16 points.

Jevon Carter, East Nashville: Carter scored 15 points to lead East Nashville past Pearl-Cohn 59-53.

JR Graham, East Nashville: Graham had 13 points.

Cortez Murphy, East Nashville: Murphy finished with 16 points for the Eagles.

Christian Brown, Franklin: Brown scored 10 points in a 60-51 loss to Independence.

Davis Long, Franklin: Long had 10 points.

Sam Mewborn, Franklin: Mewborn led the Admirals with 12 points.

Cortez Graham-Howard, Hillsboro: Graham-Howard led the Burros with 15 points as they topped Green Hill 56-38.

Tylan Lewis, Independence: Lewis put up 11 points in a win over Franklin.

Jett Montgomery, Independence: Montgomery led the Eagles with 22 points.

Landon Bryant, La Vergne: Bryant led La Vergne with 10 points in a 32-24 win over Blackman in the Region 4-4A semifinals.

Jacob Amonett, Pickett County: Amonett had 15 in a 70-67 win over Red Boiling Springs.

Nathaniel Cobb, Pickett County: Cobb scored 16 points.

Eli Reagan, Pickett County: Reagan led the Bobcats with 23 points.

Coltan Copas, Red Boiling Springs: Copas led all scorers with 33 points in a loss to Pickett County.

Andrew Graves, Santa Fe: Graves scored 18 points in a 73-44 win over Fayetteville.

Auden Slaughter, Santa Fe: Slaughter put up 37 points to lead the Wildcats.

Carter Webb, Siegel: Webb had 12 points in a 65-45 loss to Cookeville in the Region 4-4A semifinals.

Ty Cobb, Upperman: Cobb had 15 points, four assists and two rebounds as the Bees edged Stone Memorial 47-46.

Clayton Harris, Upperman: Harris had 10 points and two rebounds.

Brayden Roberts, Upperman: Roberts had 2 steals, two assists and finished with 10 points.

Avery Coles, White House-Heritage: Coles scored 12 points for the Patriots in a 62-43 win over Liberty Creek.

Noah Green, White House-Heritage: Green had 12 points.

Eli Gregory, White House-Heritage: Gregory put up 14 points.

Pryce Payne, White House-Heritage: Payne finished with 14 points.

Girls basketball

Lyriq Mastin, Blackman: Mastin scored 24 points (five 3s) in a 43-38 win over Lebanon in the Region 4-4A semifinal.

Imari Berry, Clarksville: Berry had 11 points as Clarksville advanced to the Region 7-4A championship game with a 72-24 win over Dickson County.

Malon Smith, Clarksville: Smith led all scorers with 19 points.

Ella Moore, Clarksville: Moore finished with 12 points.

Shakiah Vance, Clarksville: Vance finished with 12 points.

Kaylee Edmisson, Dickson County: Edmisson had 11 points in the loss to Clarksville.

Brinli Bain, Eagleville: Bain had 12 points in a 47-32 win over Richland in the Region 5-1A semifinals.

Izzy Sawyer, Eagleville: Sawyer scored 13 points.

Allye Pennington, East Robertson: Pennington had 31 points in a 60-56 loss to Clay County in the Region 4-1A semifinals.

Abby Bryan, Lincoln County: Bryan led Lincoln County with 16 points including the game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer to beat Nolensville, 47-44, in the Region 5-4A semifinal.

Nyla Johnson, Nolensville: Johnson finished with 12 points, nine rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Olivia Galloway, Nolensville: Galloway added two 3-pointers, 10 points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Alonna Poole, Oakland: Scored 30 points in a 66-60 overtime win over Cookeville in the Region 4-4A semifinals.

TSSAA BASEKTBALL BRACKETS TSSAA basketball playoffs 2024: Region tournament brackets, scores for Nashville area

Amaya Nash, Oakland: Scored 16 points, including the game-tying 3-pointer to send it into overtime.

Gracie Butler, Upperman: Butler had 13 points and three rebounds as Upperman advanced to the Region 4-3A championship with a 53-46 win over Lawrence County.

Kennedy Dolente, Upperman: Dolente added 14 points, seven rebounds and four steals.

Bella Stiles, Upperman: Stiles had 12 points, five rebounds and two blocks.

Blair Baugus, Wayne County: Baugus had 16 points and 10 rebounds in a 44-26 the win over two-defending Class 1A state champion McKenzie in the Region 6 semifinal.

Emma Cooper, York Institute: Cooper had 13 points as York knocked off Jackson County, 59-22, in the Region 3-2A semifinal.
