NASCAR Fans Upset With Danica Patrick On Sunday
Danica Patrick is in the booth for FOX on Sunday.
A week ago, the former NASCAR and IndyCar driver received a lot of praise for her performance during the race in Las Vegas.
“I need FOX to give Danica Patrick a mic more often. She’s good, insightful, and absolutely will not stick to the narrative the producers are coaching her to push,” one fan tweeted.
A week later, Danica Patrick is once again in the booth, with this week’s race coming in Phoenix.
Some NASCAR fans have taken a different tune this week, though. Many believe Patrick is harping too much on IndyCar.

Danica Patrick is still relatively early on in her broadcasting career. No one is perfect right away. And she is surely facing harsher criticism than most would inside of the booth.
“If I wasn’t excited to do it, I wouldn’t do it,” she told FOX. “I enjoy doing it. It’s really fun.”
Hopefully we’ll get more from Patrick moving forward.
