Naked woman found swimming in Florida man’s pool
A 69-year-old Florida man coming home from an afternoon doctor’s appointment was surprised to find clothing scattered about his property and a naked woman swimming in his pool.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office identified the woman as Heather A. Kennedy in its report, which alleges the “hostile” skinny-dipper didn’t want to get out of the water.”
“Deputies requested for the suspect to get dressed and to step out of the pool several times,” police claim of the incident in Port Charlotte on the state’s west coach between Sarasota and Fort Myers. “Once dressed, deputies attempted to detain the suspect who proceeded to resist, pulling away and alerting them she would not be going anywhere.”
After being transported to the Charlotte County Jail, the 42-year-old woman allegedly refused to give her identity before being charged with trespassing and resisting without violence.
The Smoking Gun reports that Kennedy, who lives two miles from the pool in which she was swimming, was convicted earlier this year on a felony narcotics charge and a misdemeanor count of possessing drug paraphernalia. She reportedly told police that pills discovered during the traffic stop leading to her arrest belonged to “Crackhead Chris.”
