Will Muschamp's massive home, complete with outdoor entertaining paradise, now for sale

Georgia football analyst Will Muschamp's massive home — complete with a putting green and basketball court — hit the market this week.

The nearly 10,000-square-foot estate, with a total six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, sits on 4.5 acres in Oconee County and boasts a $3.5 million price tag, making the most expensive home for sale in Watkinsville, according to the Georgia MLS.

The interior is full of high-end finishes and amenities and the outdoor entertaining space checks all the boxes one could have.

For guests, there is a carriage house — with a bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette and full bath — located above the three-car garage.

Muschamp, who previously served as a co-defensive coordinator for the Bulldogs, asked to be moved to a different role once his son Whit Muschamp decided to pursue a college football career at Vanderbilt.

"Will came and talked to me. It was really important that he continue to be a major factor in his son's life," coach Kirby Smart said in a spring press conference. "He wants to be able to see his son. He wants to be able to watch his son develop and play. He got to see that firsthand with Jackson here, who did a tremendous job for us. Every day, Coach Muschamp got to go on the practice field and be with his son. I can only imagine what that felt like for him. It is that satisfaction of seeing his son each day. Now he has Whit, who has an opportunity to go to Vanderbilt and play. He wants to be a factor in his life and be with him."
