Multiple businesses join Red Bank Veterinary Hospital at revamped Middletown River Centre

MIDDLETOWN - With the Red Bank Veterinary Hospital under construction, several other new tenants, including law firms and a financial advisory firm, have signed up to open offices at River Centre, the office complex off of Newman Springs Road.

Newmark, which was hired as leasing agent in 2022, said it has secured leases and renewals for about 80,000 square feet of office space at River Centre, a six-building complex owned by Paramount Realty and First Mile Capital/Crown Acquisitions.

They join existing tenants that include Withum, Life Time Works, Wells Fargo, McGraw Hill, and the Red Bank Veterinary Hospital, which is leasing the entire four-story building at 100 Schulz Drive.

“We’ve found that tenants are responding to the attractiveness of the asset, specifically its strategic location at a four-way interchange at the Garden State Parkway Exit 109 and Route 520/Newman Springs Road,” said Jamie Drummond, Newmark's senior managing director, who along with Andrew Perrotti, associate director, are the leasing agents.

“The existing amenities and plans for $25 million complex-wide upgrades are also factoring in as enticements,” Drummond said in a statement.
