How much snow did Memphis get on Martin Luther King Jr. Day? Here's the data

Let it snow, let it snow! Memphis welcomed in several inches of snow in the past 24 hours, and we have some of the numbers.

The National Weather Service has compiled its data for how much snow certain areas of Memphis saw this morning. The organization did not include any numbers accumulated before midnight. Numbers will continue to be updated throughout the day as the weather service collects more figures.

The weather service has also announced that the winter precipitation will be out of the Mid-South area by this evening, so the complete snowfall count should be in soon.

Here are the numbers across Memphis for Jan. 15 snowfall totals.

  • Southeast Arlington: 5.5 inches at 12:35 p.m.

  • South-southwest Bartlett: 6 inches at 12:15 p.m.

  • South Bartlett: 4.3 inches at 7:45 a.m.

  • West-northwest Collierville: 3.3 inches at 7:45 a.m.

  • North Downtown Memphis: 4.6 inches at 1:30 p.m.

  • Eads: 7.3 inches at 1:25 p.m.

  • Northeast Eads: 4.5 inches at 7:45 a.m.

  • Northeast Ellendale: 6.3 inches at 12:05 p.m.

  • Germantown: 4 inches at 7:15 a.m.

  • East Germantown: 3.7 inches at 7:00 a.m.

  • North-northeast Germantown: 5.5 inches at 8:20 a.m.

  • Southeast Germantown: 4.6 inches at 12:40 p.m.

  • Memphis NWS: 5.2 in at 12:00 p.m.

  • Southeast Memphis: 4.8 inches at 9:45 a.m.

  • Southeast Midtown: 4.2 inches at 6:30 a.m.

  • Northeast Whitehaven: 3.4 inches at 12:00 p.m.

The winter storm warning will be over at midnight. The wind chill advisory, which originally lasted until noon on Tuesday, will now be in effect until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
