And the recall doesn’t involve just Whole Foods Markets in 26 states, as in August, but all Whole Foods nationwide. This same product was recalled from 11 states in April for a similar labeling mistake.

The back label is the label for Classic Ranch Dip dressing, not Organic Caesar Dressing. So, there’s no mention of soy or wheat. That’s not a problem for most people, but can be a serious food allergy problem for people with a soy allergy or wheat allergy.

“People who may have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy or wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these ingredients,” the recall notice states.

If necessary, throw out the dressing or return it to the store for a full refund.
