Ms Marvel boss teases Kamala's potential season 2 story
Ms Marvel directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah have opened up about Kamala Khan's (Iman Vellani) potential storyline for season 2 of the Marvel series.
Ms Marvel is currently billed as a limited series, but El Arbi and Fallah have teased a potential second season in an interview with ComicBook.com.
Following the end of season 1, the directors discussed the potential for season 2, saying: "We'll see what her power set could be even further."

Season 2 of Ms Marvel will heavily depend on where the story goes in The Marvels, the Captain Marvel movie sequel, which is due for release next year and will star Vellani alongside Brie Larson.
El Arbi and Fallah also expressed their creative vision for a second series, telling the publication that they would love to incorporate manga into more episodes going forward.
"We are big fans of anime or manga, so you can do a lot of cool stuff visually with that kind of thing," explained El Arbi. "And having also the visual style that we had in the pilot a little bit in the finale... In our second season, we would go loco on that front."
"More animation sequences throughout the show, yeah," agreed Fallah.

During a chat with ScreenRant, producer Sana Amanat also looked ahead to the character's future, saying:
"It is laid out as a limited series for her to go off and do other things. Like, it certainly establishes [her as a hero], she will be going into The Marvels next, so that’s kind of there. But I will say, I really hope that she is a part … you know, I hope we get a season 2 is all I’m gonna say. I hope we're a part of that."
