These Are the Most Watched Crash Tests of 2022
Do you love watching new cars go through crash tests? Do you also love the relaxing tones of smooth jazz? If you answered yes to both of these questions, have we got a surprise for you.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has released a compilation of its five most-watched crash tests from last year. As you might expect, the list is full of popular cars, with the Jeep Wrangler, Ford Bronco, and Tesla Model Y on it. There's also a Subaru BRZ, which means that people still love sports cars, even if they're being used in a front offset crash test.
The outlier is a car that's discontinued and even when it was for sale, it wasn't all that popular. For whatever reason, people really loved watching the 2013 Chevy Spark crash last year. That likely makes it the first time the Spark has appeared on a 'most watched' list since it went into production. Congrats?
