MONDAY'S GIRLS BASKETBALL HIGHLIGHTS

JACKSON 50, LOUISVILLE 44 The Polar Bears answered Louisville’s 9-0 fourth-quarter run with a 9-0 run of their own in their win over the Leopards. Ashley Lahmers scored 13 points and Ashley Helle added 11 for Jackson (17-3). Louisville’s Courtney Barwick finished with a game-high 16 points. Brooke Haren added 11 for the Leopards (13-7).

ALLIANCE 65, NEW PHILADELPHIA 42 Jayla Callock finished with 20 points, six rebounds, five assists and five steals in the Aviators’ win over the Quakers. Kellyenne Paaolaolao scored 18 points for Alliance (8-13).

TUSKY VALLEY 58, STRASBURG 33 Sally Ray had 13 points and eight rebounds, Chloe Salapack scored 10 points and Kaleigh Norris finished with seven steals in the Trojans’ win over Inter-Valley Conference North Division leader Strasburg.
