Sip to the beat — or in the rests — this summer when Les Bourgeois Vineyards in Rocheport kicks off a summer concert series at its beloved Blufftop space. Patrons can enjoy live music from 6 to 9 p.m. each Friday from June through August.

Among the most intriguing options: Pat Kay (The Kay Brothers, The Spooklights) kicks off the series June 7, with his thoroughly Missouri sound where folk, bluegrass and rock meet.

July 12 features The Goldbugs, a rock outfit centered on the songs of Columbia mainstay John Galbraith. A week later, on July 19, Travis Feutz & The Stardust Cowboys will deliver country music for the Everyman and Everywoman.

On July 26, it's a Missouri two-step when St. Louis rock staple Steve Ewing (of The Urge fame) doubles up with reggae favorite Austin Kolb.

Aug. 16 welcomes the rich catalog of Noah Earle, one of the truly great songwriters ever to call Missouri home. Charismatic country singer Meredith Shaw gigs at The Blufftop Aug. 23. And the ever-luminous Molly Healey String Project closes out the series Aug. 30.
