Mississippi high school softball Super 25 rankings as MHSAA playoffs hit full stride
Heading into the second and third rounds of Mississippi high school softball playoffs, a few upsets are on the horizon. A handful of ranked teams are competing in the final game of their respective three-game series, trying to keep their season afloat.
This week, three ranked matchups are set, including the third game for No. 3 West Lauderdale vs. No. 17 Tishomingo County. Germantown makes its debut in the Super 25 at No. 16 after winning 13 of its past 14 games and a sweep of Oxford in the first round of the MHSAA Class 7A playoffs.
