Although the seventh installment in the “Mission Impossible” film franchise was a moderate box office hit when it was released in theaters back in June, it may find a wider audience now that it’s available on home video.

And if you’re looking to re-binge the entire franchise, then you’re in luck. All six previous “Mission Impossible” films are available to stream on Paramount+.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, Part One” follows Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise), an IMF (Impossible Missions Force) member who must track down a dangerous new weapon called “The Entity,” a self-aware artificial intelligence, before the wrong people get their hands on it and exploit the world.

However, this weapon is so menacing and threatening that Hunt has to complete the mission at all cost — even if it endangers the lives of his team. And although it ends with a cliffhanger, i.e. “Part One,” Cruise told the director that the film’s “got to be satisfying” for the audience.

The cast also stars Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny and others.

Meanwhile, despite “Mission: Impossible 7’s” soft box office haul of $567.5 million worldwide, the franchise as a whole has a proven track record for high quality stunts and audience thrills for nearly 30 years.

Variety film critic Peter Debruge wrote in his review, “This outing may be one-half of a two-part finale, but it gives audiences enough closure to stand on its own, and every reason to expect the last installment will be a corker.”

Available at Prime Video, you can stream “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning, Part One” in 4K Ultra HD for $19.99 as a digital purchase.
