Missing endangered adult alert issued for 74-year-old man with Alzheimer's

A missing endangered adult alert has been issued for a man with dementia who drove away from his home early Friday.

Garnett Davis, 74, of the Northeast Side, was last seen around 3 a.m. Friday when he left his home on Adirondack Avenue. Davis has Alzheimer's disease and his family and law enforcement are concerned for Davis' safety, according to Columbus police.

Davis was last seen driving a white 2015 Hyundai Sonata with Ohio license plate HGS 9848.

Davis is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees Davis is asked to call law enforcement at 911.
