Ham became a traditional Easter dish in many parts of the United States as a less expensive alternative to lamb, which was eaten in many other countries to mirror the Jewish Passover meal. Easter dining menus at Milwaukee-area restaurants include an expansive list of brunch entrees, with buffet tables of appetizers, seafood and pastas, plus desserts and cocktails. Here is a list of restaurants offering Easter brunch, lunch or dinner specials, ready for your dining reservation.

Alioto’s Restaurant

Easter Sunday dining from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. features a menu with appetizers ($12) and dinner entrees of roast Tom turkey ($31), a 9-ounce filet mignon ($44), salmon ($37), prime rib ($48), tenderloin tips ($31), roast young duckling ($39), shrimp ($31), baked ham ($29), steak and shrimp ($37), or pasta primavera ($28) with shrimp ($34). Bacchus will offer a three-course brunch menu from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $65 per person. Main entrees include Wagyu steak and eggs, salmon, filet medallions, berry French toast, and crab Benedict. The Lake Park Bistro brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $55 per person. The three-course menu features quiche Lorraine, salmon, lamb chops, beef filets, Berkshire ham, grilled chicken and French toast. A children’s menu is available. The Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 three-course brunch menu will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $55 per person. At the following restaurants, a children’s menu is available, and the three-course Easter brunch menu is priced per person based on the main entree choice. The Harbor House will be open for brunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Menu items include lobster eggs Benedict, an asparagus and mushroom frittata, King crab legs, rainbow trout, lamb chops, prime rib roast, or surf & turf combinations. Mr. B’s Steakhouse in Brookfield and Mequon will offer a brunch menu from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with items such as smoked salmon toast, crab cakes, steak and eggs, chicken and waffles, roasted salmon, brioche French toast and eggs Benedict.

A brunch buffet will be available at three Bartolotta properties. The Italian Community Center buffet is served from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and features buffet stations with appetizers, traditional breakfast items, entrees, a carving table, kids menu and desserts. Coffee, juice and milk is included. Mimosas and bloody marys are available at a cash bar. The cost is $62.99 per adult and $22.95 per child.
