The Gilmore Girls alum tied the knot with his girlfriend, Jarah Mariano, earlier this year, Us Weekly confirmed. Reportedly, the couple married in a private ceremony in front of close friends and family members.
Ventimiglia and Mariano have not yet publicly acknowledged their marriage—or even their relationship, for that matter—but they were first romantically connected in 2022. They have been spotted together in Malibu in recent months, according to the publication, as the This Is Us actor purchased a home there.
As news of the actor's nuptials spread, fans took to social media with their reactions.
One X user wrote, "Nobody talk to me I am in mourning. Milo Ventimiglia just got married and it wasn’t to me."
Ventimiglia previously dated marketing coordinator Kelly Egarian, talent agent Isabella Brewster, actress Hayden Panettiere, and former Gilmore Girls co-star, Alexis Bledel.

In 2017, Ventimiglia opened up with the New York Post about wanting to start a family.
“I’d love to have kids,” he told the publication. "I think it’s more about having that right partner. The older I got, the more I understood that Mom and Dad were going to have to be cool with Mom and Dad together, whether the kids were there or the kids were gone."
He added: "I think for me the lesson was find a great partner having kids will be the joy from having a great partnership.”
Who knows? Perhaps in the near future, Ventimiglia and Mariano will be welcoming a little one of their own.
