The Michigan State women's basketball program continued its busy stretch of activity in the transfer portal Saturday.

Arizona State transfer Jaddan Simmons announced Saturday via her Instagram account her commitment to coach Robyn Fralick and the Spartans for her final season.

Simmons, a guard, made her mark as a scorer and defender during her four seasons at Arizona State where she started 107 of 108 games. She ranks 17th in program history in career points with 1,139 points. She also was named All-Pac-12 honorable mention on defense during her final two seasons for the Sun Devils.

Simmons averaged 9.5 points, 4.1 assists and 3.4 rebounds last season for Arizona State.

Saturday marked the third straight day MSU landed a player from the transfer portal. The Spartans got a commitment from Ball State's Nyla Hampton on Friday
