Miami Marlins season is around the corner. What to expect if you go to the ballpark
The Miami Marlins open their 2024 season on Thursday with a four-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates at loanDepot park.
Planning to attend a home game this season? Here are some things to know.
Parking/getting into the ballpark
Gates to the ballpark generally open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
If parking on site, the four garages at loanDepot park will once again use free flow parking. Fans can prepay for their parking before heading to the ballpark or can pay once they arrive using the PayByPhone app. Parking is generally $15 or $20. It’s $30 for Opening Day.
Musical instruments
The Marlins are encouraging fans to bring flags and musical instruments to the ballpark this season.
During the World Baseball Classic and Caribbean Series the past two years, fans have been allowed to bring an assortment of instruments — including but not limited to bongos, cowbells, maracas, tambourines and trumpets (but not bullhorns, pots and pans, or vuvuzelas) — and flags that are no larger than 3 feet by 5 feet to the ballpark.

Fiesta Fridays
Every Friday home game at loanDepot park this season will be a Fiesta Friday. On these days, the Budweiser Bar along the Skyline Terrace will offer $5 beer from when the gates open until last call.
Additionally, the Marlins will throw una hora loca (one-hour party) at Recess Sports Lounge after the game ends each Friday, with fans having access to the field just outside on the warning track for select games. The post-game party at Recess Sports Lounge will feature beer and cocktail specials as well as live music played by a DJ.
All-you-can-eat seats
Starting at $52, the All-You-Can-Eat ticket includes seating on the Legends Level (Sections 201-204) plus unlimited access to “Fire Eats” and non-alcoholic drinks at the Caliente Grill Concession Stand (Section 202) through the end of the 7th inning.
