Miami Art Week: Here’s our guide to fairs, installations, parties and all things Basel

Miami Art Week is sure to be one of the most memorable weeks of your year, from exclusive parties to art installations that leave you in awe. Whether you’re a connoisseur looking for the next big thing or just a lover of all things creative, there’s something for everyone. The event has grown from humble beginnings to become a global arts hub bringing the entire city to life. Now 20 years old, Art Week brings people to Miami from all over to experience the unique culture, music, food and of course, the art. There’s no better way to explore your creative side than through Art Week.

With a full lineup of events, exhibitions and parties, it’s easy to see why Art Week has become such a staple in the Miami cultural landscape. Organizers are putting on their largest Miami fair to date, with 283 premier galleries from 38 countries and territories. In similar fashion to last year, VIPs are allowed entry to the Miami Beach fair on Tuesday. On November 29-30, there will be an invite-only preview, followed by public days on December 1-3. On Sunday, we won’t be doing anything.

The sister fair Design Miami takes place just across the street from Art Basel in the Miami Beach Convention Center, opening on Nov. 30. and running through Dec. 4. We recommend you purchase your tickets online for both fairs. More on that here.
