The MIAA power rankings are out. Where do Fall River high school spring teams stand?
FALL RIVER — On Friday, the MIAA released its first tournament power rankings for Fall River area spring sports team.
The rankings only include scores entered into Arbiter, verified by MIAA and schools as of Apr. 26 at 4 a.m.
The top 32 baseball, softball, boys volleyball, lacrosse and tennis teams qualify for the tournament, regardless of record. Teams 33 and below qualify for a play-in game with a .500 or better record.
Here's where the Fall River area sports teams are currently ranked:
Baseball
Division 1: Diman (9) Durfee (17)
Division 2: Somerset Berkley (7)
Division 4: Case (16)
Division 5: Westport (8), Atlantis Charter (51)
