Metro Nashville Public Schools announces 2024 valedictorians and salutatorians

The 2024 valedictorians and salutatorians for Metro Nashville Public Schools have been announced.

MNPS Director Adrienne Battle was on hand at the regular school board meeting April 23 to honor them. She lauded the diverse group that includes athletes, artists, student leaders and more.

"Our valedictorians and salutatorians have worked extremely hard for the past four years," Battle said. "They have shown not just their brilliance, curiosity and academic skills but also quite a lot of tenacity and resilience to reach this point."

The students gathered for photos at the meeting after a presentation highlighting each of their names, photos, where they plan to go after graduation and what they've done during their time at MNPS.
