The Memphis Comic & Fantasy Convention is back for another year this Friday.

Memphis Comic & Fantasy Convention has been a recurring event for over ten years. The event will feature vendors and artists for people to purchase items themed from video games, anime, TV shows and movies. There will also be video game tournaments, cosplay, gaming, a LEGO lounge, a costume contest, panel discussions, art displays and more events throughout the weekend.

The event takes place over the weekend from Nov. 10 to Nov. 12.

How much are tickets for the Memphis Comic & Fantasy Convention?

Tickets for the convention differ depending on the day. Friday tickets are $15, Saturday tickets are $25, and Sunday tickets are $20. A three-day pack for tickets is $40. A two-day pack for tickets is $30. A three-day pack with a buddy is $45.

What are the hours for the Memphis Comic & Fantasy Convention?

On Friday, the event will run from 2 p.m. to midnight. The event will run from 10 a.m. to midnight on Saturday. Sunday has the shortest hours starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m.

What is the schedule for the Memphis Comic & Fantasy Convention?

The schedule of events varies for each day with a grand total of 34 scheduled events over the weekend. The full list of events can be found here.

Friday has a total of eight events starting a 4 p.m. There will be at least one event on the hour every hour until close. Key events are trivia combat and discussions on how the "geek world" has changed in more recent years following the pandemic.

Saturday has 21 events with at least one event on the hour every hour, except for noon. Key events are the costume contest, crafting techniques for cosplay, more trivia battles, and discussions on mental health, tattoo stigma, and comic cons in the past.

Sunday has five events. The main events are an informational on geeks who committed serious crimes, an MCFC version of "Let's Make a Deal," and a live podcast recording of "Fan Factor."

Who will be speaking at the Memphis Comic & Fantasy Convention?

There are four speakers scheduled for the MCFC.

John Martin is a comic artist currently working on the comics "Friar Rush" and "Wolf Hunter" by producing book covers for Silverline Comics. He's worked by sharing his artistic skill for countless other studios.

Josh Mason is a filmmaker from Tennessee. He is the owner of Mason Studios and co-founder of the Covington Comic Con. He is known for directing the fan film "Croft: Legend of the Tomb Raider."

Allan Gillbreath is an award-winning author, publisher, speaker and instructor. He has appeared o television, stage, and radio. He is best known for writing "The Galen Vampire Series."

Craig Brewer is a director and filmmaker. He is known for directing "Hustle & Flow" along with producing "The Poor & Hungry."
