After an Instagram hiatus, Megan Thee Stallion is back and busier than ever. In April, she decided to show off her super strong body-ody-ody-ody-ody in a new Instagram video that is all kinds of iconic. The "Body" singer, 28, shared a clip of herself wearing a see-through, silver, cut-out, chainmail dress with a super-high slit while doing shaking her butt and dancing around. Her abs, butt, and everything else were toned as can be.

Meg captioned the video simply, leaving three honey pot emojis: "šŸÆšŸÆšŸÆ." And obviously, the post got her followers chiming in with their support. RHOA star ShereĆ© Whitfield commented, "Luv the hair šŸ˜," and anther fan wrote, "You give me extra motivation sis! Love how you keep pushing. Don't stopšŸ’ÆšŸ”„." And another summed everyone's feelings up perfectly with this comment: "serving šŸ’…šŸ¾." All true!

If you want to know more about her workout regimen, you should know that Megan started her fitness journey during the COVID pandemic while she was in quarantine. At the time, she decided to launch her Hottie Bootcamp, but more on that later. More recently, she has been hitting the gym hard, and last month, she shared an IG post of all her cute gym outfits. She is truly killing it in all the looks, from her matching sets to her little spandex shorts.

She even shared a video showing off her incredible Nike matching sets while doing an intense kettlebell workout on TikTok.

Megan worked with personal trainer Timothy Boutte in 2021, and he put her through some grueling workouts, per an interview with 97.9 The Box. At that time, he led Megan through a "Hottie Bootcamp" workout, which included a mix of HIIT and cardio. The session had Megan doing sprints up sandy hills, dumbbell snatches, straight leg oblique crunches, BOSU ball chest press jumps with dumbbells, BOSU burpees and more. I'm tired just thinking about it.

Megan also collaborated with Nike Running Club as a "Hot Girl Coach" to share her fitness journey and inspire others to focus on their health. She shared a 10-minute bodyweight workout she did with Nike Training Club's trainer David Carson on YouTube, which included squats, Good mornings, spot sprints, lateral lunges and more. You can follow along below:

Of course, dancing and performing takes a lot of energy, and Meg certainly gets a workout when she's on stage. ā€œDance is my sport. Performing is my sport. Rapping is my sport. And if you think this donā€™t take no work and no effort and no sweat, youā€™re wrong," she shared with Nike.

As part of her Hottie Bootcamp, Megan also decided to revamp her diet. "For some reason, the refrigerator has been calling my name more than usual," she explained in the first episode of Hottie Bootcamp. "I like to snack and I like to eat whatever I want to eat, and I just feel like the things that I've been eating have been not so good for my body."

She focused on hydration and cutting out carbs, per BET. "Day 1 hottie camp! We doing a 7 day challenge hotties ! -no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day. Donā€™t forget to get it in !!!" Megan shared with her IG followers. P.S. Her fave snack totally checks out: Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

Clearly, all that hard work is paying off. Love it, Meg!
