Meet MOO, the Beaver County Humane Society's 'Dog of The Week' who's ready for adoption

(The Beaver County Humane Society's "Dog of The Week" is shared by The Times to encourage pet adoption.)

Hello, friends! My name is MOO.

I capitalized the last two letters of my name for emphasis. Not because I wanted you to sound like a cow when you read it. That was not my goal at all.

I am a male, tricolor Treeing Walker Coonhound and beagle. The shelter staff think I am about 9 months old. I weigh 54 pounds. I've been at the shelter since March 2, but I don't think I'll be here long. I'm a positive pup, and I'm sure one of you will come and make me your own special doggie in no time.

I am a good boy, and so ready to find a forever family. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I even enjoy making new dog friends! I also love car rides and going on walks. I'm basically the perfect pooch.

Come meet me today. Just remember, Moo is my name and love is my game! That's easy to remember, right?

For more information about Moo, contact the Beaver County Humane Society by calling 724-775-5801. The humane society is at 3394 Brodhead Road, Center Township.
