The All-Greater Rochester Girls Nordic Team was selected by coaches with input from Democrat and Chronicle and Daily Messenger Post sportswriters.
Skier of the Year
Year: Sophomore
Parents: Jenna and Kelly Lawrence
Key accomplishments: 3rd in NYS State Championship.
Future plans: I plan to attend college, but unsure where.
Year: Junior
Parents: Sharon and James Brennan
Key accomplishment: 5th place at the sectionals skate distance race.
Future plans: Planning to run cross country and track in college.
Year: Senior
Parents: Caroline and Andrew Bucci
Key accomplishment: Placing in the top 6 in Section V multiple times.
Future plans: Undecided.
Year: Freshman
Parents: Kate and Jonathan Goldstein
Key accomplishment: Eighth place finish at sectionals distance race this season.
Future plans: I am looking forward to future seasons with the Mendon Nordic team.
Year: Sophomore
Parents: Paige and Todd Jokl
Key accomplishment: Finished in the top 25 at states.
Future plans: I plan to pursue a career in the medical field.

Key accomplishment: Making first team all-county.
Future plans: I plan on studying veterinary medicine and continuing my journey with sports.

Future plans: I plan to attend the University of Vermont and participate in club skiing.

Future plans: I don’t know where I will attend college, but I am interested in studying biology and competing in sports.
