Masters live updates: Completion of first round, Second-round leaders, LIV scoreboard

With 27 golfers returning to Augusta National Golf Club early Friday morning, there are still a few storylines left from Round 1 of the 88th Masters Tournament to be written.

How will Tiger Woods be able to handle a stop-and-start day? Will anyone in the last nine groupings get into the top two or three by end of the morning?

Play resumes at 7:50 a.m., with the first tee time of the second round at 8 a.m. It means an extra-long day for those golfers who will have more than 18 holes -- but it also could prolong their momentum if they have a strong start.

We'll find out how the day goes. Follow along here for updates all day from the Augusta Chronicle
