The sophisticated home of the legendary comedian Mary Tyler Moore has landed on the real estate market in Greenwich, Connecticut, for $21.9 million.

Built in 1900, the estate sports five bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is currently owned by Moore’s husband, S. Robert Levine. He and Moore bought the home in 2006 for $10 Million, Yahoo reported.

The 13,825-square-foot home sits on 7.37 acres and has a plethora of features including:

  • Three-car garage

  • Glass conservatory

  • Gym

  • Elevator

  • Pool

  • Outdoor fireplace

  • Library

  • Grooming station

  • 2,000-square-foot primary suite

The estate is close to hot spots in the area so you’re never far away from activities.

“Mid-country Greenwich is a compelling combination of pastoral charm and proximity to the downtown shopping, entertainment and dining of Greenwich Avenue,” the listing on Sotheby’s International Realty says. “Greenwich is acclaimed for its diverse outdoor activities, both on the Long Island Sound shoreline as well as its nature preserves with walking and horseback riding trails.”

Moore, who was a Hollywood legend and star of the small screen, big screen and the stage, died in 2017 at the age of 80. The comedian made television history, first with “The Dick Van Dyke Show” in the ‘60s followed by “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” Playbill said.

The listing is held by Joseph Barbieri.
